This little diddy does not take you to Mt. Emily summit. At least that is what I was thinking the name inferred when I first found this trail; however, when I accessed it from the other side I came down via the Summit Guard Station. Then, it donned on me that probably the trail was named as a route from "Summit" to "Mt. Emily". Or perhaps it means Summit to Mt. Emily Creek. It is best ridden the way shown, from Telephone Ridge down to Five Points Creek where it basically becomes a double track ATV on the other side of the creek and climbs up to Drumhill Ridge, joining some more established roads along the way. This section is used in the Five Points Epic route and the Fiddler's Hell route skirts right by it.
