This is a fun downhill that was a reboot of an old trail near Grande Ronde Lake. The track means business in getting through the woods as straight as possible, before turning and spilling you onto an old road to wind around and climb back up to Grande Ronde Lake on a dirt road. Most of the downhill has a gentle gradient to keep the bike lively, interrupted by a few steep sections to keep you on your toes.
The trail starts just off the paved road, with no trailhead or any other indication except for a brown carsonite sign. You may want to park at the sno-park just down the road.
