This trail ventures into new terrain with a crossing of a waterfall (more accurately a cascade) on Conley Creek, before taking you into a crazy series of corners that drop you down a ridge between 2 creeks. The trail serves as a bridge between Caffeine and Sasquatch that has little to no purpose except to visit the waterfall or a bailout if you're not liking Caffeine. The trail was named from a conjugation of trail builders. A lot of hard work was put into this trail but not a lot of thought.
The upper end of the trail starts off an inexplicable loop in the middle of Caffeine Trail that no one ever used. It does a nice traverse across to Conley Creek where at times it has a fireline feel and attempts were made to rectify some jagged trail building. After crossing Conley under the waterfall, the trail makes a series of untimely switchbacks to get you down to plug into Sasquatch to ride the best section of trail MERA has to offer. The switchbacks are not built for good uphill or downhill traffic, neither are they suitable for horseback, hiking, or any other mode of travel. However, they are the only technically challenging feature in all of MERA so if you want bragging rights you can try to ride it all.
The best use I can think of for this trail is to skip the bottom of Caffeine and hit a better downhill finish on Sasquatch/Ricochet. Also, if you really need water, Conley Creek is about the only thing at MERA that flows most of the year, so maybe this will save your life...or end it.
