Little Bear Climb

This steady climb has a good condition gravel road that takes you up to the Huckleberry Mountain Trailhead. Start in Wallowa, Oregon perhaps at the Little Bear Drive-In and then head south up Bear Creek Road. There is a fork in the road where you will stay left where it indicates Huckleberry Mt. You cross a bridge over Bear Creek and turn downriver until it meets Little Bear Creek, which you will mostly follow to the top of the climb. There are a couple offshoot roads, but you basically follow the most traveled looking road.
